Getting God’s Blessing

We send our best wishes for vacations, birthdays, get well, marriages, and such. Yet, why are we wishing for anything when we could truly bless them in prayer? We are going into a state of panic when our child is a jiffy late, as if our worry is going to get them home any quicker than trusting God. We are getting problem on every side, as Devil is well on Sundays.

Thinking we do not need God’s help and no-one will be the wiser, we are going it alone ; with our painted grins, polished clothes, and frustrations tidily tucked then take it out on our waitress. When our better half is out of the town ; we get comfort in a pal sleeping over, us staying at mom’s, or one of the youngsters climbing into bed as if any person present can make us safer than we already are. Though , perhaps we’d rather think the dark will get us. Rather than asking the one that owns it all ; we spend money we do not have on things we think we’ve got to have, get our finances all screwed up, then cry, “Help. “We sleep in on Sunday morning, thinking it’ll make our day brighter.

We like to exhaust ourselves with unending deeds than to decelerate, spend a little time with God, and ask Him what He wants us to do.

We’re employed all of the overtime we are able to get, nick God’s tithe, and then think we are going to financially move ahead. Believing our doubts and doubting our ideology ; were we to consider the stuff we do, we’d find them peculiar, too then look for more fascinating options. Somebody once expounded, “When we feed our religion, our doubts will starve to death.” by Joyce C Lock This writing might be employed in its totality, with credits in tact, for non-profit ministering purposes.
